The death sentences of Seyed Hadi Hosseini and Sediq Mohammadi, which were reversed in the Supreme Court, were upheld again.

Seyed Hadi Hosseini and Siddiq Mohammadi were informed through their lawyers that their death sentences had been violated by the Supreme Court and that their case should be re-examined in the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj.

But the two Sunni prisoners of conscience will be sentenced to death again if they are tried again.
