Noor Al-din Kashani, a Sunni cleric, has been released from Zahedan prison. He has been imprisoned since 2013. Noor Al-din Kashani was arrested on August 7, 2013 by IRGC intelligence forces.

The Sunni cleric has been indeterminately imprisoned in Zahedan Prison since the time of his arrest, at least until November 2017.

The charges against the cleric are “acting against national security” and “Moharebeh through membership in opposition groups.”
