According to a report by Kurdistan Human Rights Association, security forces have demolished the mausoleums and graves that Yarsanis hold sacred in the city of Sahneh in Kermanshah Province.*
The government does not allow Yarsanis to restore the damaged structures. In September 2017, the walls around Seyed Farzi mausoleum, a holy Yarsani site around the city of Kangavar, were torn down by security forces and under the pretext of rebuilding. But no improvement has been made in this building so far.
