Amin Alizadeh and Taghi Moradi, both Gonabadi Dervishes, were arrested by security forces in Ilam Province. The security forces presented no arrest warrant. Following the clashes in Golestan-e Haftom, they had been arrested twice. During their detention, prison officials forcibly shaved their heads and mustaches to humiliate them. The Revolutionary Court in Ilam sentenced Amin Alizadeh to seven years’ imprisonment and Taghi Moradi to ten years’ imprisonment on the charge of “participation in Dervishes’ protest in Golestan-e Haftom.” Due to Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code of 2013, five years their sentences is enforceable.
